This is a base zone defense. No matter how the offense lines-up this defense always lines up the same way. Defenders must stay in there area and cover there field of play. Players #4 and #5 line up 3 yards off the line of scrimmage. Players #2 and #3 line up 7 yards from the line of scrimmage, at the blitz line. And player #1 is lined about 8 yards off the line of scrimmage.
